Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of relevantcontentstudio.com and any video, photo or drone services you book with Relevant Content Studio, operated by Relevant Content, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking a project, you agree to them. If a signed proposal or contract for your project says something different, the signed document wins.

Using our website

The videos, photos, articles, training and other content on this site belong to Relevant Content Studio or the people featured, and are for your personal, non-commercial viewing. Please don't copy, re-upload or resell them without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by submitting false information or trying to break its security.

Quotes and booking

Every project starts with a discovery call and a written quote or proposal. Prices on the site are starting points; your quote covers your crew size, finished length, editing and any travel. A project is booked once you approve the quote and pay the deposit.

Payment

  • Half of the project total is due to reserve your shoot date. This deposit is non-refundable once we have reserved the date.
  • The remaining half is due on delivery.
  • Monthly and recurring packages are billed in advance each month until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Final files are released once the balance is paid.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule a shoot with at least 72 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit. If weather or safety conditions make a shoot unsafe, including FAA restrictions on drone flights, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.

Revisions and delivery

Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions to the edit. Additional rounds or changes in scope are billed at our standard rate after we agree on them with you. We deliver final files by download link; please save your own copies, since we keep project files for 90 days after delivery.

Your content and approvals

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you give us to use, such as logos, music, footage and photos, and for getting permission from the people and locations you want filmed. We'll follow your direction on who appears on camera.

Ownership and use of finished work

Once your invoice is paid in full, you may use the finished video for your business marketing on any platform, for as long as you like. We keep the copyright in the footage and edits, and we may show your project in our portfolio, website, social media and reels unless you ask us in writing not to. Raw footage and project files are not included unless your quote says so. Licensed music is limited to the terms of its license.

Drone services

Drone footage is flown by an FAA-licensed, insured commercial pilot. Flights depend on airspace authorization, weather and safety, and the pilot has final say on whether a flight is safe.

Limits of liability

We work hard to deliver great results, but we can't promise specific business outcomes such as leads, sales or views. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and any dispute will be handled in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
