2. Services

Relevant Content Studio provides professional video production services including business marketing videos, social media recurring content, mini reality shows, and event videography in the Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska areas. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile phone number to Relevant Content Studio, you agree to receive SMS and MMS text messages from us sent via application-to-person (A2P) messaging through 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers. The following terms apply to all such communications:

• Consent: You expressly consent to receive messages related to appointments, project updates, special offers, and customer support.
• Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your interactions and service engagement.
• Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
• Opt Out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation reply confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for support contact information. For all other support, use the chat widget on our website.
• Re-subscribe: To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP.

4. Bookings & Payments

Booking a shoot confirms your agreement to the stated pricing and service terms. Payment schedules and refund policies are communicated at the time of booking. Any promotional pricing is subject to change and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All video content, branding, and materials created by Relevant Content Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and any licensing terms are fulfilled. Ownership and usage rights are specified in your service agreement at the time of booking.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our operations. You agree to provide accurate and current information when booking or communicating with us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Relevant Content Studio and its messaging providers are not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in message delivery. We are not responsible for any messaging or data charges from your mobile carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services such as YouTube, booking platforms, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms
